Toray CMA Compliance Awareness Month

TCMA held our second Compliance Awareness Month in October 2022 with the previous held in February 2022. Even though these months spotlight Compliance and Ethics, they should always be at the forefront of our daily activities. The October Activities were mainly contained within our UKG Learning Management System. Training included five key parts; Training presentation; Tone at the Top and Psychological Safety Learning videos; US Toray Group Addendum to Ethics and Compliance Code of Conduct; and an associated Quiz. The presentation also reviewed our BEAR Slogan, Declaration, Principles, and previous Survey results. Our Compliance Corner contains extra content during awareness months however it regularly contains Compliance and Ethics information that can be reviewed at any time. New BEAR stickers and Internal/External Helpline Contact cards were given to TCMA associates. At the close of the Compliance Month we celebrated by randomly selecting 77 winners from the associated location on-time completion rate. The prize of a $20.00 Pizza card was awarded.
