Data Connection Via Digital Thread

In order to optimize part quality and minimize waste, customers want better insight into the production and quality control (QC) data of the material they purchase.

Accurate material information is key to ensuring customers can best use their purchased materials:

• Defect logs for ply cutting
• Accurate out-time tracking
• QC test results

Digital thread allows for improved traceability of data, enabling suppliers and customers to directly communicate information with reduced communication barriers.

We are working to improve methods of data communication, allowing us to connect customers into our outward-facing systems to obtain data in digital form, allowing for the rapid transfer of traditional QC items as well as requested additional data.
