Medical

CMA seeks to provide the best possible medical benefits at a reasonable cost. Our High Plan offers the lowest deductible, out-of-pocket maximums, and coinsurance amounts. The HSA Plan offers significantly lower employee contribution opportunities. Medical coverage is available the first day of the month following your date of employment.

Dental

Our dental coverage is offered through Delta Dental and includes preventative, restorative, routine, major and orthodontic services. The High Plan offers robust dental and orthodontia coverage. Our Low Plan is provided at no cost to you in exchange for more limited coverage is available the first day of the month following your date of employment.

Vision

Our vision coverage offered through VSP includes annual eye exams, lenses and frames or contact lenses. Coverage is available the first day of the month following date of employment.

Short and Long Term Disability

If you need to be out of work for a non-work related illness or injury, CMA pays for 60% of your earnings up to a maximum benefit. Disability coverage is provided at no cost to all employees. Coverage is effective 90 days after your date of employment.

Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment

Toray CMA pays twice your annual earnings up to a maximum of $500,000. The AD&D benefit is equal to your life insurance benefit. Disability coverage is provided at no cost to all employees. Coverage is effective first day of month following your date of employment.

Vacation

Whether you are visiting friends and relatives, or visiting relaxing or exotic places, at CMA you’ll receive eighty hours of vacation during your first year. Your vacation time increases the longer you’re here! This benefit is available 90 days after your date of employment.

Personal Time Off (PTO)

When you need time off to take care of yourself and your family when one of you is sick, CMA provides you with sixty-four hours of PTO accrual every year. This benefit is available 90 days after your date of employment.

Holidays

When it’s time to celebrate, CMA gives you another reason to do so; CMA provides a combination of 10 paid holidays and/or personal floating days per year. This benefit is available as soon as you start work.

401(k)

Don’t miss this opportunity to save for your retirement with our help! The 401(k) program at CMA contributes 50% of what you contribute up to 8%. Vesting of Toray’s contributions is 20% per year. This benefit is available 90 days after your date of employment.

Tuition Reimbursement

CMA provides up to $5,000 annually to every employee for tuition in approved educational programs. This benefit is available one year after your date of employment.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

Would you like a little extra money in your pocket? At CMA you can choose to set aside some of your pre-tax earnings to pay for qualified healthcare and/or daycare expenses. Since no taxes come out of the money you set aside, you’ll have more money to spend on the things you want.
